What 144 Prostate Toy Owners Actually Use: 2026 Community Survey
If you're trying to figure out which prostate toy is worth buying, the loudest brands aren't necessarily the most owned. Last year I ran a survey across the prostate play community and asked 144 people which toys they actually own and how they rank them against each other. Here's what came out.
Most Owned Toys
Respondents could select multiple toys, so the percentages don't sum to 100%. The Njoy Pure Wand leads by a wide margin, followed by a stretch of Aneros models, the Lovense Edge 2, and a long tail. Notably the second largest bucket is "Other", meaning the majority of respondents own at least one toy outside the predefined list. Brand recognition matters less than I expected.

Popularity ≠ Preference
Ownership is one signal. How owners rank their own toys is another. I asked each respondent to rank the toys in their collection, then scored each toy using pairwise comparisons (every time a toy is ranked above another, it "wins" that pair). Plotting popularity against preference gives a magic quadrant. Top right is widely owned and highly rated, top left is the hidden gems.

Popularity vs. preference. Hover details and quadrant breakdowns in the Community Report.
Treat the quadrant as directional. For toys with small samples per item, individual positions can shift noticeably with more data. A future survey round should tighten this up.
Methodology & Caveats
- 144 respondents, recruited from the prostate play community across Reddit and related forums. It is a self selected sample that skews toward active enthusiasts.
- Answer options were randomized. Any question could be skipped, so nobody was forced to pick.
- Toys in the predefined list were the ones surfacing repeatedly in community discussion at survey time. Toys outside that list were captured as free text and aggregated.
- I'm not a professional statistician. The numbers offer a general overview, not a controlled study.
